All practices of this event are performed individually, and a partner is not necessary.
In this workshop, you will discover the main principles necessary to manifest the love partnership you want.
When you apply these Tantric foundations in your everyday life, your relationships will transform. I promise you, love will come into your life to stay.
Our practices work directly with the two polar centres of the human body. When these two centres are in contact and harmonised, you enjoy passion, vitality and drive. Your inner self merges with your inner world, thus preparing you for union with your life and partner.
When these centres are disconnected, there is no communication between the feminine and the masculine. The parts do not understand each other; they live disconnected.
In the same way, when the polar centres meet but are not balanced, the masculine and feminine conflict.
In this workshop, we will learn how to make these two centres meet and unite harmoniously.
Planning
Part 1:
The 7 principles of Rama and Sita. The steps to master inner and external love. We find the 7 foundations for a successful love partnership in this traditional tale. (1h)
Part 2:
The intimate dance of Shiva: Asanas for connection and love. We will make Yoga postures and breathing to calm the mind, awake the heart and connect with the 7 principles. (1h)
Part 3:
Guided meditation: the last battle of Rama, the warrior in love. We will close our eyes and travel with the warrior Rama, who goes to meet his beloved Sita. (30 min)
Part 4:
Open Q&A. (30 min)
