Born in Greece in 1971, at the age of 20, he left his country and moved to an Ashram in Siberia, where he trained under masters of the Siberian tradition.
After his years of formation, he was sent by his teachers to share their teachings. He spent 15 years travelling worldwide, sharing seminars, lectures and workshops on personal development, spiritual growth, shamanism and Yoga.
In 2015, he moved to Romania and founded “World of Wisdom Academy”. He currently works as a teacher and spiritual guide in this academy.

There’s always a relationship. We can’t stop it. We only may recognise or ignore it. When recognised, we accept our common nature, and We live in coherence. But when we ignore the relationship, we live in confusion.
We relate through experience. In some way, relationship and experience are inseparable. You can not have experiences without relationships, nor relationship with no experience.
Tantra teaches us to observe and to be the experience at once.

Sophrology is personal training based on relaxation techniques and activation of the body and mind. The regular practice of these techniques allows the person to manage his emotions and to develop his capacities.
Sophrology was founded in 1960 by Dr Alfonso Caycedo, a neuropsychiatrist, in Madrid (Spain).

I was born in Seville, Spain.
When I was three years old, my parents moved to a small town 20 km from Sevilla. I spent all my childhood there. I went to public school, and I was the smartest kid and the one who got the best grades.
In 2000, my family bought an apartment in Seville and we return to the capital. My brother and I went to a Jesuit school where we did all the pre-university studies. During those years, I lost my drive to be a good student. I did the minimum necessary to make it through the year and I devoted myself to being lazy, thinking about girls and dating friends. It’s nice, isn’t it?
At 18 years old, I enrolled in industrial engineering at the University of Seville. The years spent in college were an enormous challenge. The demands were very high, whereas my predisposition and my morale were rather low. I had no idea what I wanted to do with my life; I continued to go ahead without a clear goal. I thought this was the life, getting ready, finding a partner, a job, starting a family and sitting on the couch.
In 2011, I went to Central America to complete the grade. I wanted adventure, knowledge and discovery. I wanted to live new experiences and I lived them in this region. I lived there for 2 years, studying and working at an industrial design business.
Summit experience December 20th, 2012. I was both atheist and skeptic. I had no expectation that this day would really bring about a change in our lives, however, just that day, I suffered a disappointment that changed everything. As I opened up to feel the pain that this experience brought me, I also opened up to much more, though I could not yet suspect it. During the months that followed, I began to be aware of the spiritual nature of life.
In 2013, I was back in Spain. My sole purpose at this point was to inquire into the mystery of existence. I went to live by myself in my village home. I’ve read Tolle, studied Tao, Gita, Bible. I meditated every day on the couch. Driven by curiosity and thirst for fulfilment, I prepare to do everything in my power to discover the ultimate truth about life.
After several months, my process started. I hadn’t had a meal in two days because of my lack of appetite. I lay down in bed for the meditation exercises I practiced every day. This time something unusual happened, a tremendous energy began to manifest in my body. It was more powerful than me. I couldn’t figure out or control what was going on. I panicked. My dark night just started.
I used to undergo periodic energy shocks that destabilized me physically, emotionally and mentally. Sometimes I spent days not having the strength to stand up. Whenever possible, I read about the energy of Kundalini, chakras, healing processes, holy alchemy. I started reading A Course in Miracles. I listened to mantras, practised relaxation and smoothed my nutrition. I was aware that I was going through a powerful process of transformation and I fully intended to support it.
In 2014, I started working at the University of Seville as a structural computing engineer. I continued to experience periodically intense internal processes that deal with my worst fears.
I focused on my part-time work and continued to engage in the processes of expansion of consciousness. I read Kundalini Biology, a very important book that helped me understand the impact of consciousness processes in the physical body and its Biorhythms. I continued working with the Miracle Course, studying the life of Milarepa and following the teachings of my neighbour Emilio Carrillo.
Peak of experience in the spring equinox 2015: This equinox coincided with a lunar eclipse and I experienced intense energetic processes at night. Again, fear, confusion, shaking and sweating. I wasn’t able to sleep. After several days like this, I was exhausted. I came home from work, ate something from the fridge and went straight to bed. Then the energy began to expand back into me, but this time I did not resist. For some reason my resistance had been consumed in the process. I experienced how this colorful vibration came up along my entire spinal column to the top of my head. A gate opened in my mind and everything was turned into light. I went away and returned. My dark night of the soul was over.
In June, I finished my contract at the university and went back to my village to work in the family business while I looked for an engineer position. My process went on, but I experienced it without fear anymore. I continue reading the Course in Miracles, start practicing Yoga and Pranayamas. I meditated many times a day to make my healing process easier. I began with Reiki and the practice of constellations.
In 2016 I moved to Valencia, a nice city on the Spanish east coast. I found a position as an R&D engineer in a high energy physics research institute. I spent some years working on the HLC project, CERN’s largest particle accelerator. I combined my scientific work with my process and spiritual growth. I read Paramahansa, Sadhguru, Barry long, Rupert Spira, Sergi Torres. I started working with A Course in Love, the follow-on to A Course in Miracles.
Two years later, I made up my mind to live alone. I looked for tranquility and isolation. At this time, my spiritual process intensified and deepened. I spent many hours a day meditating profoundly. My body required less and less food. In these profound meditations, I learned to connect and release emotional blockages before they physically manifest. It laid the basis for my self-healing process.
At the same time, I enjoy my work. I learn to code, design, management, I travel frequently, a lot of fun!
After a while my process went through another stage. Little by little my attention returns to the exterior reality. I travel frequently, I continue to study a course on Love, I meditate and do yoga, I start to seek and connect with people who are in spiritual research. I meet Monika. She is a Shaman in the Siberian tradition. We start to share experiences and knowledge.
On my 33rd birthday, I met the master Northern Deer. He was the Master of Monika, and from that moment also mines. I joined his academy where we elaborate practices and teachings on spiritual growth based on different perspectives and traditions. We studied the Siberian tradition, its rituals, its dances, its healings and teachings. We studied Gurdjieff, the unification of desires and the fourth spiritual path. We practiced the Yoga of Patanjali, with Asanas and teachings on his 8 Yoga sutras. We learned Tantra and perform practices to revitalize and keep our physical, mental and emotional bodies activated and awake. We practised very intense techniques of personal power development. We studied the laws of manifestation.
In September 2020, I quit my science career. I decided that it is time to devote myself fully to my vocation: to share and facilitate the knowledge and practices for personal growth and spiritual development. At last my goal of life is fully manifest: to help people find their personal power and happiness. I founded the Inner Spark platform together with Monika. What next…?
I graduated from law school and tried to continue a normal life in society. Nevertheless, the more I tried, the more I suffered. I felt there was something really important that I couldn’t see. This inability to recognize it made me feel very empty. I had a strong feeling of disconnection from the essence of everything and I decided to look for it.
I went on a long trip to Asia hoping it could fill the void inside me. But after the initial months of excitement I realized that the trip was just a trip. It was just another drama scene with a different background.
After a few months, I signed up for a monthly Buddhist course at Kopan Monastery in Kathmandu. Practices and meditations became part of my being. For the first time in my life I felt another dimension opening in me.
After my return I continued meditative practices and lengthy retreats. ….. Hours of meditation shifted the energy and the heavy and hard emotions started to surface and covered me with a thick black cloud… I felt as if I was inside a dark egg of negative thoughts and painful feelings that pushed me to fall. … I struggled, desperately trying to find some way to clean it up.…I used Family Constellations, Pranic Healing, Bioenergetics, Hoponopono, Reiki, Ayahuaska ceremonies, Holotropic Breathing and many other methods. I tried everything I could to clean and release the negativity I had accumulated over the years.. After 2 years of constant effort, the cloud has shrunk slightly.… However, I felt stagnant, something was not affected and meditation stopped working.. I couldn’t go beyond that.
Shamanism
One day in 2015, I heard about a shamanic ritual in the nearby forest. The inner spark jumped in me with joy and I decided to go. That’s how I got to know my spiritual teacher, Shaman and Healer Alexander Northern Deer. Since then, my true spiritual path and transformation have begun.. Everything resonated and opened up. My soul recognized the truth and since that time I began to grow and go deeper. With the help of the spirits and the shamanic rituals, I was able to cleanse a very large part of the heavy energetic heritage that I gathered in my past.
The Kundalini energy awoke and started to rise by cleansing deeper layers of my being. The process of growing continues until now and it will never stop…
The spiritual path is not something we can simply choose through our mind or desire. The path has already been predetermined for us and will find us when we are ready. When we gather strong intention we attract it like a magnet. We can listen carefully and read the signs in order to recognize and to follow them.
