1.Teachings from the Altai Esoteric School (60 min)
Ancestral knowledge about empowerment, healing, and reconnection, focused on healing relationships with parents and understanding divine archetypes.
2.Psycho-energetic Practices (30 min)
We activate the body through movements, visualizations, and breaths. We dissolve physical and mental rigidities, renewing ourselves with oxygen and vitality.
3.Drum Journey (60 min)
Guided journey according to the Altai tradition. A drum in the room and intuitive guidance to connect with Shaman Father, Mother Nature, and heal ties with your parents.
4.Integration and Sharing (30 min)
Finally, we share our experiences. You can ask and share whatever you wish, or remain in silence and digest the experience at your own pace.

What to Bring:
- Comfortable clothing.

We provide yoga mats, cushions, and blankets. Water and herbal tea will be available.
Important:
No prior experience in meditation or Drum Journeys is needed to get the most out of this.
Both the practices and the Drum Journey are free exercises where you set your own pace and intensity.
