Use of Testimonials
Consent for Use of Testimonials: When you submit a testimonial to Inner Spark, you agree and explicitly consent to the use of your testimonial in our promotional materials. This consent includes, but is not limited to, the use of your testimonial on our website, in social media posts, marketing materials, and other forms of publicity. By submitting your testimonial, you grant Inner Spark a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content.
Personal Data in Testimonials: We understand the importance of privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. If your testimonial includes personal information such as your name, we will use it only as you have consented in the testimonial. Please be aware that any personal data you choose to include in your testimonial will be visible to others. We recommend that you avoid sharing sensitive personal information in your testimonial.
Right to Withdraw Consent: You have the right to withdraw your consent for the use of your testimonial at any time. If you wish to do so, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Upon receiving your request, we will cease the use of your testimonial in future promotional materials as soon as reasonably practicable. However, please be aware that withdrawing consent does not apply to any materials already published or distributed.
Contact Us: If you have any questions about the use of testimonials or your personal data, please do not hesitate to contact us at email@example.com.
It is necessary for our legitimate interests to use your personal data to send you marketing communications, which may include newsletters, blog posts, surveys and information about new events.
You can choose to no longer receive marketing communications by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org or clicking unsubscribe from a marketing email. If you do unsubscribe to marketing communications, it may take up to 5 business days for your new preferences to take effect. We shall therefore retain your personal data in our records for marketing purposes until you notify us that you no longer wish to receive marketing emails from us.
Who we share your data with
If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Where we send your data
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
