Your Journey’s Itinerary
Each day is carefully designed to guide you on a journey of discovery. This is a glimpse of what awaits you.
We’ll meet at the port of Los Cristianos (Tenerife) at 2:00 PM (14:00) to take the ferry together to La Gomera ⛴️. Upon arriving on the island, we’ll grab some supplies and then head straight to Casas del Chorro. Here you’ll start to see what an incredible place you’ve arrived at! We will have a 🙏 welcome circle, introduce ourselves, share our intentions, and then head to the best restaurant, Los Telares, to enjoy local cuisine and celebrate our arrival 🍽️. Then, we will rest. 😴
☀️ We wake up around 8:00, have a quick breakfast, grab our swimsuits, and head straight to the ocean! The boat awaits us at the pier of Puerto del Gran Rey. We’ll go on an excursion to see dolphins and whales 🐬🐋 and swim in front of the mountains of Valle Gran Rey 🏊. At 14:00, we return to the port for lunch. After lunch, we’ll go up to the Mirador de la Merica for a hike among the clouds ⛰️☁️, and a drum ritual facing the infinite 🥁. Then, we’ll rest and return to our accommodation.
We wake up at 8:30 and go for a yoga session facing the mountains 🧘♀️. Then we’ll have breakfast on the terraces of Casas del Chorro. Around 12:00, our visit to the magical Garajonay forest begins. We’ll hike in the forest, with a drum ritual to connect with the spirits of the woods 🥁👻. In the heart of the forest, we will find the hermitage of Nuestra Señora de Lourdes, where we will drink water from the fountain 💧 and have a quick picnic 🧺. We’ll then return to enjoy dinner at Restaurante Los Telares and rest.
We wake up at 8:30 for a morning breathing and stretching session 🌬️🤸. At 9:30, we have breakfast and share. Around 12:00, we leave for our next visit: Montaña del Cepo, the most energetic place on the island ⚡️⛰️. A vortex of vital energy where we’ll enjoy incredible views and learn esoteric martial arts practices 🥋. After the practices, we will have lunch at the restaurant La Zula in Agulo. This afternoon will be spent resting. In the evening, we will have teachings on the four shamanic worlds 📖 and a ritual under the stars ✨ to connect with the qualities of the constellations 🌌.
We wake up at 8:30 for a restorative healing massage session 💆♂️. After this gentle activation, we’ll share another breakfast and around 12:00, we’ll set off on our last adventure: the route of the peaks 🚩. A route around Garajonay with the best viewpoints, and we will visit the highest point of the island, the summit of Garajonay 🏔️. On this path, we will perform a special ritual to connect with your life’s purpose 🔑. After the adventure, we’ll have our last dinner at La Zula restaurant in Agulo and then go to rest.
On our last day, we will enjoy an early breakfast ☕. At 11:00, we’ll head to the port of San Sebastián de la Gomera, where we will have the Tarot ritual to close the retreat 🃏. Then we will enjoy the beach 🏖️ and have lunch at the Club Náutico de La Gomera. After this, we reach the end of our retreat ❤️. We will be ready to catch the ferry back to Tenerife, departing around 16:00 🛳️.
The agenda may undergo some variations to accommodate unexpected situations or the needs of the participants.
If at any time you prefer not to participate in any of the activities, you can stay to rest and contemplate at the Casas del Chorro accommodation, where you will have everything you need: silence and nature to explore if you feel like it.

Travel & Logistics
Our meeting point is the Port of Los Cristianos in Tenerife on Feb 17, at 2:00 PM (14:00).
The best airport is Tenerife South (TFS), a 15-min bus/taxi ride from the port. You will need ferry tickets for La Gomera. We can manage yours if you book the “Ferry Transfer” extra.
Group & Language
To ensure an intimate and profound experience, the journey is limited to a small group of 15 participants. The retreat will be held in English, though translations to Polish or Spanish can be arranged if you need them.
Physical Condition
Hikes are between 5-10 km with little elevation. The focus is on connection with nature, not speed. A basic fitness level is recommended to fully enjoy the experience.
Food & Meals
We will prepare breakfasts together as a community. For other meals, we’ll explore local taverns offering authentic Canarian food, with vegetarian options. Food costs are not included (est. €300 for the trip).
What to Bring
Pack hiking shoes, swimwear, layered clothing (for warm days ~20°C and cool evenings), a reusable water bottle, a journal, and any personal yoga/meditation items (optional).
