1. The Core Problem: Why We Lose Energy

The webinar addressed the common challenge of feeling drained after trying to help someone. This often happens when we are not aware of the energetic laws that govern healing and helping.

Common problem situations include:

  • Taking too much responsibility: Trying to “fix” a person’s life, which can lead to them getting angry or feeling like their boundaries are being trespassed.
  • Giving until you are empty: Forgetting about your own well-being in the process of giving, which leads to feeling tired, drained, and sad.
  • Identifying with the outcome: Feeling like a failure or doubting your value as a helper if the person you are guiding doesn’t seem happy or “fixed”.
  • Getting entangled in suffering: When trying to help someone who is suffering, you get pulled into their low energy and end up suffering with them.
  • Forcing help: Approaching someone with an intention to help, but they react with anger or conflict because they didn’t ask for it.

2. The Three Energetic Laws of Healing

The solution to these problems is to understand and honor three fundamental energetic laws.

Law 1: The Law of Free Will

You cannot heal someone who does not want to be healed.

The Principle: A person’s heart must be open for transformation to occur. Not even God can heal someone whose heart is closed.

The Challenge: Often, a person may be 100% identified with their pain; it gives their life meaning, and they cannot see a way out. Even a client who comes for a session may not be truly ready to face their real pain.

The Solution: You must learn to identify (through observation and intuition) if the person is truly open and ready. If you push when they are closed, they will resist, and you will feel rejected. Respect their timing. If you find someone is closed, you can pray and ask the spirit for an opportunity to help when that person’s heart is open.

Law 2: The Law of Karma

Every healing process involves a release of karma, and this process must be honored.

The Principle: Karma is pain, suffering, and wrong beliefs. When it is released, it can manifest as physical tension, shaking, intense emotions (sadness, anger, fear), or confusion. This discomfort is a necessary part of the process.

The Challenge: Many helpers are attached to the expectation that the person should feel “happy” and “positive” right away. When they see pain, they try to cover it, stop it, or distract the person.

The Consequence: If you interrupt this process, you “take the karma” of the person. This is the worst-case scenario: you lose your energy, and the person is blocked from taking responsibility for their own process and cannot grow.

The Solution (Your Role): Your job is to “hold the field”. This requires two things:

  • High Vitality: You must prepare your body and energy before a session. If you have low vitality, any strong emotion in the field will trigger you.
  • An Open Heart (No Judgment): You must enter the session in a state of no judgment. This allows you to embrace heavy emotions and allow the process to happen without reacting or avoiding it.

Law 3: The Law of Sacrifice (Sacred Exchange)

You should never heal or help others for free.

The Principle: Everything in the universe, including spiritual healing, operates through an exchange. Helping for free teaches the wrong lesson—that one can grow in exchange for nothing.

The “Sacrifice”: This exchange does not have to be money. A sacrifice is an investment in one’s own process. It can be an exchange of time, effort, or the conscious decision to drop an old habit, attachment, or identity.

The Challenge: Some people just want to complain and will ask for help, but they are not willing to sacrifice anything or do any work. This indicates they don’t truly want to be healed.

The Solution: You must always establish a clear frame of exchange. This protects your energy and ensures the person is invested. As a healer, your mission is to help the person see what must be sacrificed to heal.

3. The Benefits of Applying These Laws

When you integrate these three laws into your relationships and healing practice, you create a sacred and healthy outcome.

  • You can help others without losing your own energy.
  • You stop taking on karma and caring about what is not yours.
  • Your sessions become more powerful and authentic because you allow the real process to happen.
  • The connection with the person deepens.
  • You shift from acting as a “savior” (which comes from the ego needing validation) and become a true “channel” for the spirit.

4. About the Mentorship Program

For attendees interested in applying these laws professionally, Pablo also discussed his one-to-one mentorship program for healers and spiritual guides. The program teaches how to:

  • Identify if a person is truly open and ready.
  • Set clear boundaries so you don’t take on others’ karma.
  • Prepare your body and heart to hold the field.
  • Master the intuitive work of finding the real sacrifice a person needs to make.
  • Cover all practical and subtle levels of building a practice, from connecting to your service to marketing and session preparation.
