Subject: Some things have ended. Something is waiting. Hi, I rarely forward things like this, but this one felt like you. Story to tell
If you want your own words, here are three true things about this retreat:
1. Between what ends and what begins, there is a space. The Tibetan tradition calls this intermediate state a bardo. Instead of escaping it, we learn to stay. This silence is not empty. It is fertile.
2. The four days follow three portals: Release (recognise what has ended and let it go), Remain (stay in the silence without running), Begin again (let movement and inspiration return). Release. Remain. Begin again.
3. The house is not only where we sleep. It is part of the retreat — a private house in the Roannay Valley, reserved entirely for a group of no more than ten.
