On his arm, there is a SCORPION. It represents our primitive instincts, our fears, our sexual energy, our jealousy, our desire to possess and control.

Imagine your emotions as a vast OCEAN. Sometimes peaceful, sometimes wild, full of powerful currents moving beneath the surface. You cannot stop the ocean from moving! And you do not need to!
But AIR brings CONSCIOUSNESS to this ocean. Like the wind filling the sails of a boat, your conscious awareness allows you to navigate these powerful waters instead of being carried blindly by their currents.
THIS IS THE SECRET OF THE PRINCE OF CUPS! Not to suppress your emotions, but to bring AWARENESS into them. Not to destroy your instincts, but to give their energy a CONSCIOUS DIRECTION.
Energy Follows Intention
And here comes another essential element: YOUR INTENTION!
There is a powerful spiritual principle: ENERGY FOLLOWS INTENTION! Your emotions and instincts give you tremendous energy, but it is your INTENTION that determines how you choose to use that power.
Think about it! You may have enormous passion, anger, desire, or emotional intensity within you. But where are you directing it? Toward fear? Control? Destruction? Repeating the same unconscious patterns? Or toward LOVE, CREATION, HEALING, GROWTH, and TRANSFORMATION?

How to Do It: Feel Without Reacting
So how do we actually do this? FIRST, YOU MUST LEARN TO FEEL WITHOUT IMMEDIATELY REACTING.
When anger appears, FEEL IT. When jealousy appears, FEEL IT. When sexual desire, fear, excitement, or intense passion rises within you, do not immediately act on it or try to push it away.

SEXUAL ENERGY can become conscious intimacy, deep connection, creativity, inspiration, and a powerful expression of LIFE.
FEAR can become an opportunity to understand what you are protecting and find the courage to move forward.
EMOTIONAL INTENSITY can become music, dance, art, spiritual practice, or the determination to transform your life!
The Same Energy Can Destroy or Create
Do you see? THE SAME ENERGY CAN BE DESTRUCTIVE OR CREATIVE! It depends on how consciously you work with it and where you direct it through your INTENTION.
This is what it means to raise our primitive energy toward something HIGHER. Not to become less human. Not to become less passionate. But to allow our CONSCIOUSNESS and INTENTION to guide our PASSION.
Your conscious mind does not need to dominate your emotions. It needs to work WITH them!
WATER GIVES YOU THE POWER TO FEEL. AIR GIVES YOU THE AWARENESS TO CHOOSE. INTENTION GIVES YOUR ENERGY DIRECTION. And your conscious actions transform that intention into REALITY.

TRUE SECURITY DOES NOT COME FROM CONTROLLING LIFE!
Taurus wants stability, pleasure, comfort, and peace. Scorpio asks us to face our deepest fears, release our need for control, and allow transformation.
