Welcome to the Inner Spark Ambassadors Program. These terms outline clearly and comprehensively the conditions for participation.
- Affiliate Registration
- Registration is mandatory through our online form and subject to approval by Inner Spark.
- Commission Structure and Payout
- Commissions are 20% of the total amount paid by your referrals for their retreat bookings.
- Commissions will be paid 15 days prior to the retreat start date, coinciding with when retreat participants finalize their payments.
- If a referral cancels with a total refund, no commission will be paid.
- If a referred participant makes partial payment but does not attend, commissions will apply only to the amount actually paid.
- Taxes may be deducted from commissions depending on your registration status (individual or business).
- Payments will be made through PayPal or bank transfer according to your preference selected during registration.
- Discount Codes & Referral Tracking
- It is mandatory for your referral to use your unique affiliate discount code at checkout.
- If the discount code is not used, the referral will not be tracked, and no commission will be issued.
- Only one affiliate code can be applied per retreat booking.
2.1. Special Ambassador Discount
– Ambassadors will become eligible for a personal discount of 30% on their attendance at retreats once they have successfully referred at least one participant.
- Promotional Guidelines
- Ambassadors will have exclusive access to promotional materials including images, videos, and text.
- These materials are exclusive to Inner Spark and ambassadors may use them freely for promoting retreats.
- Any promotional activity must align with Inner Spark’s brand guidelines and ethical standards.
- Compliance and Brand Reputation
- Inner Spark reserves the unilateral right to terminate the affiliation agreement immediately if an ambassador does not comply with our brand guidelines, ethical standards, or engages in any promotional activity deemed inappropriate or damaging to the Inner Spark reputation.
- Affiliate Dashboard and Community
- Ambassadors will receive exclusive access to a personalized dashboard to track referrals, commissions, and earnings in real-time.
- Ambassadors will also be invited to join an exclusive WhatsApp community for ongoing support, strategic advice, and networking.
- Communications and Notifications
Ambassadors will receive automated email notifications in the following cases:- Validation and registration in the program.When a referral successfully registers for a retreat.When new retreats eligible for the program are published.When commission payments are executed.
- Privacy and Data Protection
- Ambassador data is protected under GDPR regulations.

- Account Inactivity
- Ambassador accounts showing no referral activity for 24 consecutive months will be automatically removed from the program without prior notice.
- Liability and Disclaimers
- Inner Spark shall not be responsible for incorrect or incomplete use of affiliate discount codes by referrals.
- Inner Spark reserves the right to modify or terminate the terms and conditions of this program at any time, with prior notification provided.
- Modifications to the Program
- Inner Spark reserves the right to update, alter, or modify these terms with prior notice given to all ambassadors. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any updated conditions.
