Siberian
Qigong

A breath-and-movement practice rooted in Siberian tradition to release physical and mental tension, heavy emotions and negative thoughts.

Leave feeling more alive, with a calm, clear mind, grounded in your Self.

Next session: Thursday, 22 October 2026 · 7:00–8:15 PM

For beginners and experienced movers alike. No previous experience needed. Move at your own pace.

Is this for you?

Some days, what you’re carrying doesn’t leave just because the day ends.

When your emotions feel heavy.

You want to release some of that weight and make room for peace and joy.

When your body feels tense and drained.

You want to feel lighter, more present, more alive.

When you’re lost in doubt.

You want to find your confidence and strength again.

When your mind won’t stop.

You want to hear yourself again beneath the noise.

When other people’s influence pulls you away from yourself.

You want to ground yourself and come back to what matters to you.

When life feels empty of meaning.

You want to reconnect with a sense of purpose and with your Self.

You wash your physical body.
What about your energy body?

You wouldn’t go months without washing your physical body. Why let emotional and mental dirt build up in your energy bodies? Everything around you influences you in some way. If you don’t learn to clear what weighs on you, it builds up as tension, fear, doubt, worry, heavy emotions and negative thoughts.

Some call it aging and think it’s normal. But you could let all of that go in the time it takes to take two showers.

Come experience it for yourself. Feel light, clear and alive again. And start creating a new life from there.

How you can use this practice in everyday life

After a long day at work when you feel drained.

After a family gathering or a difficult social encounter that stays with you.

Before a conversation that asks you to stand firmly in yourself.

Before or after supporting or guiding others, when you need to return to your own ground.

Before an important event when you want to feel steady and ready.

When you’re working to change a negative habit or an addictive pattern.

Agenda of the session

Meet Pablo
Teiwaz

For the past six years, I’ve guided people through workshops, retreats and individual sessions. I studied with Master Northern Deer Alexander in the Siberian tradition and in Patanjali Yoga.

I know how easy it is to lose your own centre when your attention belongs to everyone else. This is a practice I return to myself. We bring it into the room so you can learn it in your body, not just understand another idea about it.

Where we meet

In Brussels or live from home.
